The LuxVil apartment complex warmly welcomes you from June to the end of September, so you can enjoy comfort and relaxation during the summer season. We hope that during this period, you will be able to fully unwind and recharge. Our rental prices are adjusted according to the current season. We warmly welcome your dog as well, as we are a Pet-Friendly Accommodation.

Advance

The reservation is only valid after the transfer and arrival of the deposit. The information required to transfer the deposit will be sent by email after booking. The remaining amount is to be paid locally upon arrival.
Deposit
- House deposit: 150 euros
- In case of arrival with a dog: +100 euro
The deposit is required due to the expensive furniture. Payment can be made upon arrival, by cash or card. If there is no damage, this will be refunded to the guest upon departure using the selected payment method.
In case of arriving with a dog an additional cleaning fee of 100 EUR will be charged.
