Cancellation Policy

In case of booking cancellation, we can:
– cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the booked arriving date, and we refund the full amount without deduction.
– offer no refund within 30 days.

Cancellations must be made in writing, by email. Of course, you can also inform us by phone, but we still need written confirmation.
