As a German citizen, I am familiar with Western quality and products. Whenever you need me at the LuxVil Apartment, I will assist wherever I can. My mother tongue is German, but I also speak English and Russian. I am available for any problems and needs.

As the commissioned pool keeper of the LuxVil Apartment, my goal is to ensure impeccable water quality. My careful work is also confirmed by consistently good laboratory test results.

The complete electrical installation of the apartment was only part of the entire process. The full implementation of machine installation and equipment processes from A to Z was also part of my work, where, in addition to flawless functionality, I also placed great emphasis on precise work. Not without reason did the entire technical and touch protection inspection of the house achieve an excellent result at the first attempt.

Internet, camera systems, low voltage solutions are my specialties. I was faced with diverse tasks that required individual solutions. The house is a smart home, with many devices that all need to synchronize with each other. It was a challenge, but the work was successful.

The planning of the bathrooms of the LuxVil Apartment was only part of our joint work. My field of expertise is the planning of tiles, sanitary elements, and complete rooms. If you like my work and are planning a renovation, please do not hesitate to contact me.

This house was a real challenge. Here, the good was never enough, as one always had to work beyond it, because it was also supposed to become an apartment and it must withstand everything. Oh yes, and of course we should not forget the aesthetics and precise symmetry. I did the complete tiling of the house, including the pool and pergola area, on my own. When we first arrived at the house and saw what other “professionals” had left behind, I wanted to cry rather than laugh. My crew and I have done the complete interior and exterior painting, wallpapering, plasterboarding of the house. Fortunately, we already have experience, as we have been in this profession for a long time and have already successfully participated in many important works, from churches to the basilica in Esztergom. Our legal representation is taken over by the law firm Dr. Koch, led by Dr. György Koch, who speaks fluent German. His partner Dr. Peter Heun (+49 9281 705 621) is a German lawyer living in Germany, with whom he offers strong legal security.

Since 1988, he has been a member of an international law firm, whose German partner in Hungary works as a foreign legal adviser with membership in the Hungarian Bar Association.
